DAYTIME POSTPARTUM Doula support IncludeS:

♥ One prenatal in-home visit (2 hours) to meet, discuss a plan for visitation, and go over any and all questions

♥ We’ll set a schedule together that works for you (Example: Every Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday from 9-1)

♥ Each visit will range from 4-6 hours, up to 5 days per week (The set schedule will depend on client preference and doula availability at time of booking)

♥ Support offerings include:

+Breastfeeding assistance (as a certified lactation educator)

+Newborn education/care, including diapering, feeding, and bathing

+Nutritional guidance and meal prep

+Birth processing and non-clinical assessment of mental health

+Community resources to help you cope and thrive in new motherhood

+Guided somatic breath work and movement to assist with nervous system recovery

+Additional services may be offered at the doula’s discretion

♥ Contracts offered at a minimum of 3 weeks, and up to 12 weeks postpartum

*A travel fee may be added for locations outside the standard service area.
