eclipse: bundle Doula Package Includes:

♥ Two in-home prenatal visits (2 hours) to get to know each other and prepare. Visits will include birth planning, birth education, hands-on labor comfort technique demonstrations, and other topics requested 

♥ Call/text support throughout pregnancy to answer questions, and provide ongoing emotional support

♥ 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks gestation until birth of baby

♥ Labor and Birth support at your side, up to 2 hours after baby is born

♥ A daytime postpartum support schedule that fits your needs

♥ Postpartum support includes:

+Newborn education, support, and care

+Nutritional guidance and meal prep

+Breastfeeding assistance (As a certified Lactation Educator)

+Birth processing and non-clinical assessment of mental health

+Community resources to help you cope and thrive in new motherhood

+Additional services depending on your needs may include tidying up, guided meditation, journaling exercises, and more. These services will be at the discretion of the doula and discussed beforehand
